Warranty Policy

NY Refrigeration warrants that all products sold through nyrefrigeration.shop are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Products are covered by a limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
- Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser.
- Coverage is valid only when products are installed, operated, and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines.
Under this warranty, NY Refrigeration may, at its discretion:

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with the following information:
- Proof of purchase
- Product model and serial number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return authorization if approved.
NY Refrigeration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County (Manhattan), New York.
NY Refrigeration reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on nyrefrigeration.shop.
