Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. NY Refrigeration is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.


6. Freight & Large Equipment Shipments

  • Large or heavy items may be shipped via freight.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access at the destination.

  • Please inspect freight shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product damage (if applicable)

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

NY Refrigeration is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
